This is an isosceles triangle. This means that 3x is equal to (6x-21)

3x = (6x-21)
x = 7

Since x=7, you plug it into the equation it gives you. The two angles in the bottom right and bottom left are 21. All angles added together in a triangle are equivalent to 180. So 180-41=139.

y=139
