Vivir is the verb meaning "to live."
a through c are different tenses of vivi. To live is not a command nor is there a formal/informal way to say it.

vivimos - We live
viven : They live
vive : She lives

Hi,

The word 'vivir' in Spanish, meaning to live doesn't necessarily have an informal command.

The best answer choice would probably be 'vive', meaning she, he, or you live,

Informal commands in Spanish, usually are used with friends, family, co-workers, or children.

Hope this helps!:)
