  A = (3 1/4)*(2 1/2)  A = (13/4)*(5/2)           A = 65/8  A = 8 1/8 ft3

your answer is 18. the formula is P=2(l+w) you plug in P=2(3.5+5.5) and you get P= (7+11) P=18
