Organ System Tissue (I'm assuming that's one thing and is what makes up the organ)

From smallest to largest:

Atom, cell, organ system tissue, organ. 

Since cells are made of atoms, organ tissue is made of cells, and organs are made up of organ system tissue, this is their size.
