The coefficients that balance the given skeleton equation are 1, 3, 1 and 3. So the equation would be AlCl3 + 3NaOH= Al (OH) 3 + 3NaCl. This makes the equation proportionate throughout which have 3 Cl ions, 3 OH ions, 3 Na ions and one Al ions.
