Does a strong acid solution always have a lower ph than a weak acid solution

The higher the concentration. The lower the pH. Strong Acids have a higher concentration than weak acids.

So basically it depends for example this acid was took from Hydrogen ions & Hydrochloric acid is a strong acid.

A weak acid is Ethanoic Acid.

This probably didn't help at all but I tried my best to explain it xD.
