$3 for 25 minutes, 3 divided by 25
 
3 : 25 = 0.12 : 1

Therefore, you get paid $0.12 per minute

1 minute = $3 / 25
               = $0.12
               = 12 cents
You will get paid 12 cents / $0.12 per minute
