Power that stems from the capability of the leader to threaten or harm others is talk about to as coercive power. In addition, the coercive power is the capability to influence decision making of someone by captivating something away as chastisement or threatening punishment if the person does not trail guidelines. It can be a severe way to get staff members to trail laterally with a company strategy but it can be essential in some circumstances.
