[tex]4p+9+(-7)+2[/tex]

= [tex]4p+9-7p+2[/tex]

= [tex]4p-7p+9+2[/tex]

= [tex]-3p+11[/tex]
-------------------------------------
So, I guess [tex]-3p+11[/tex] is the answer.

Choice: C
Answer: [tex]-3p+11[/tex]
