The Dardanelles connect the Sea of Marmara and the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas.
It is a strait found in Turkey, and it is a boundary between Asia and Europe, creating a natural separation between Eastern and Asian Turkey (because Turkey is found on two continents). It is very narrow (not more than 6 km wide).
