The kind of synovial joints that can move in two plane of the body is BIAXIAL.
A synovial joint is a joint which joins bones with fibrous joint capsule which is continuous with the periosteum of the joined bones. Synovial joints are usually fill with synovial fluid. A synovial joint can be uniaxial, biaxial or mulitaxial depend on the number of planes through which it can be rotated.
