Use the distance formula which is:

Distance = √(x2−x1)^2+(y2−y1)^2

Then, plug in the values for both and y.

= √(0-3)^2+(-5-4)^2

= √(-3)^2+(-9)^2

= √9+81

= √90

=3√10
