HBr (aq) is an Arrhenius acid.
The equation is HBr(aq) -> H+ + Br-

Arrhenius acid are the species that donate a [tex]H^{+}[/tex] ion or proton.

For example, [tex]HBr \rightarrow H^{+} + Br^{-}[/tex]
