Yogurt is made by special bacteria, not decomposers, which are important for its taste and texture. These bacteria, like Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, ferment milk by converting sugar into lactic acid. This process makes the yogurt thick and gives it a tangy flavor. Unlike decomposers that break down things, these bacteria are intentionally added to make the yogurt more enjoyable.
