Explain why (5,-2) and (-2,5) do not represent the same point

Let A(5,-2) and B(-2, 5)

To get A we have to go 5 units horizontally (5 on the right) and - 2 units vertically, (down 2 ) whereas for  B(-2,5):

 To get B we have to go -2 units horizontally (2 on the LEFT) and 5 units vertically, (UP 5)
