The answer to this question would be 130% or 1.3
To increase by 30%, that means you need to multiply it with the initial number(100%) and the value that need to be increased(30%). The multiplier can be found by this equation

multiplier= 100%+ value increase
multiplier= 100% +30%= 130% = 1.3
