Will a human being have the same set of cells that he or she is born with when he or she is old? Why or why not ?

The answer is yes.

Why? As our body grows, the cells never change. This is because, our body needs these cells. The group doesn't get smaller or bigger cause we rely on these cells, along with other body parts.
