the two organisms that share the same trophic level are organisms that in the same level in the food chain. elephant and lions are not because elephants are primary consumer while lions are secondary consumer. cheetahs and giraffes are not because cheetahs are secondary consumer and giraffes are primary. so the answer would C both are primary consumers
