Use the slope formula.
y2-y1/x2-x1

We know that -1 is y2 and -7 is y1. We also know that 4 is x2 and -5 is x1.

Plug that in the formula.

-1-(-7)/4-(-5)
-6/9
-2/3

The slope of the line is -2/3
