So,

The conversion factor is:

[tex]F = C * \frac{9}{5} + 32[/tex]

So, if we plug in the numbers, we get:
[tex]F = 5500 * \frac{9}{5} +32[/tex]

Multiply
[tex] \frac{5500}{1} * \frac{9}{5} = 9900[/tex]

Add 32
[tex]9900 + 32 = 9932[/tex]

5500 degrees Celsius = 9932 degrees Farenheit.
