Simplify 17^4 divided by (17^6)(17^-3) over (as in a fraction) 17^-2. Please, show the steps! plz help hurry

Ok so im typing as fast as I can. Ok so 17^2/17^6 x 17^-3 = 17^2 / 289^3 (as 6 + -3 = 3). So it will be as a fration 17²/289³.
