Answer:

Final velicity=45km/h=45×5/18=12.5m/s

Initial velocity =110km/h=110×5/18=30.5m/s

Time=4.5s

Deceleration=v-u/t

=(12.5-30.5)/4.5 m/s²

=18/4.5 m/s²

=4m/s²
