Step-by-step explanation:

let the breadth be x

given,

length = 6m less than 3 times the width = 6 - 3x

perimeter = 148 m

we know,

perimeter = 2l + 2b

after inserting the values we got,

→ 2(6 - 3x) + 2(x) = 148

→ 12 - 6x + 2x = 148

→ -4x = 148 - 12 = 136

→ 4x = -136

→ x = -136/4 = -34

therefore, the dimensions are

length = 6 - 3x = 6 - 3(-34) = 108m

width = x = -34

hope this answer helps you dear take care and may u have a great day ahead!
