A constitution is a very long and detailed document. It is not meant to be a static, sacred and unalterable law. It needs to be amended quite regularly to keep it updated.

The constitution should be in accordance with people's aspirations and changes in society.

It keeps changing in an effort to integrate all the wishes and demands of all the groups.

The constitution should be able to adapt to the fast changing society and the multiple socio-economic changes in the upcoming years.\
