A workflow is the series of activities that are necessary to complete a task. A facilities workflow is comprised of the set of processes it needs to accomplish, the set of people or other resources available to perform those processes, and the interactions among them. It is important for facilities to support continuous workflow so that there will be no interruptions and the team can work coherently with each other.
