2/7 Cannot be reduced, but to get a the next biggest ratio equivalent to 2/7 just multiply it by 2.
4/14 is equivalent to 2/7

The answer would be [tex]4:14[/tex] because [tex]2*2=4[/tex] and [tex]7*2=14[/tex] and [tex]2[/tex] can go into [tex]14[/tex] [tex]7[/tex] times. Just like how [tex]7[/tex] can go into [tex]14[/tex] [tex]2[/tex] times. So the answer is [tex]4:14[/tex]
