spiritual gift known as charism can be regarded as endowment power that is been given to followers by holy spirit. This is one of the concept of Christianity. It is believed that the gift is necessary for christians to fullfil their mission as far as church is concerned. Example of the gift is teaching, prophesy and others. It should be noted that the endowment of a spiritual gift is one of the seven channels of communication by which God calls believers to individual ministry today.
