2HClO4 + Ca(OH)2 = Ca(ClO4)2 + 2H2O

Explanation:

Formula for aqueous perchloric acid is; HClO_4 (aq)

Formula for aqueous calcium hydroxide is; Ca(OH)_2 (aq)

Thus chemical equation is;

HClO4 + Ca(OH)2 = Ca(ClO4)2 + H2O

We have to balance it and so we now have;

2HClO4 + Ca(OH)2 = Ca(ClO4)2 + 2H2O
