The thousandth's decimal mark is the third number behind the decimal point which in this case it would be 9. To round to the nearest thousandths you need to look at the number behind 9 which is 1. 1 is less than 5 so you wouldn't round to 10. The answer is .009!

It would most likely be .009 becuase the number 1 is less than 5 and with the number 5 you go up.
