In terms of just bio then id narrow it down to the second answer between the second and fourth. So, "the most likely outcome of a given cross"
However, talking about probability in general it would be the third choice, or "how likely a given outcome will happen compared to all possible outcomes" which can be applied to bio, math, or real world situations.
