To Solve This, We Know That He Travels At A Rate Of 30 Feet Per Minute. So, All We Need To Do Is Divide 130 By 30.
130÷30 = 4 and 1/3 Minutes.

So, A Diver Ascending At A Rate Of 30 Feet Per Minute Will take 4 and 1/3 Minutes To Ascend 130 Feet.
