0.5 mol HCl

Explanation:

2.5 mol/L *0.200 L = 0.5 mol NaOH

                         NaOH + HCl ---> NaCl + H2O

given                 0.5mol    x mol

x= 0.5*1/1= 0.5 mol HCl
