y=mx+c
m=3/2
y=3/2x+c
Replacing for x and y;
5=3/2*(-3)+c
5=-9/2+c
c=5+4.5
c=9.5
y=[tex] \frac{3}{2} x+ \frac{19}{2} [/tex]
