Spain and Britain ended their polices of neutrality regarding Saint Domingue because Domingue´s revolution had contradicted her. At first Spain and Britain were willing to look the other way about the consequences that Saint Domingue´s revolution may bring, but them they felt discontent with the entire situation and decided to put and end to it.
