Okay I don't understand how do I do this. It say :
If 2x+3=17, then x=7
2x+3=17
Then have a conclusion
But idk how to get the conclusion

2x+3=17

subtract 3 from each side

2x+3 -3 = 17 -3

2x = 14

divide by 2 on each side

2x/2 = 14/2

x = 7
