slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

=(29-17)/(4-2)

12/2

m=2

point slope form

y-y1 = m (x-x1)

y-17 = 6( x-2)

slope intercept form

distribute

y-17 = 6x-12

add 17

y = 6x+5
