Which is the equation of the line, in point-slope form, that has a slope of 5 and passes through the point (-2,8)?
A line drawn so that it passes through the points (-4,0) and (2,3).   What is the slope of the line?

For the first question, the equation of the line is: y = 5x + 18

For the second question, the slope is 1/2
