The factors of 198 are: 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 11, 18, 22, 33, 66, 99, 198

Therefore, the greatest common factor of 108 and 198 is 18.

Put all the factors as i have done below.

The GCF (Greatest Common Factor) is 2 × 3 × 3 = 18

So 18 exactly divides 108 and 198 and no other number above 18 can divide 108 and 198 without leaving a decimal.
