d=4

(c+d)[tex]\frac{(c+d)^{4}}{9}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{(2+4)^{4} }{9}[/tex]

2+4=6

6^{4}=6*6*6*6=1296

1296/9=144

144 is your answer
