Joe says 4.02 x 0.3 is bout 12. Does this make sense? Explain your thinking

Think: 4.02 is about 4 and 0.3 is about 1/3. 4 times 1/3 is 4/3, or about 1.33. So 12 is 'way off. It's always wise to estimate what your answer should look like.
