Write equation in function form 2x+2y=8 and 6x-3y=12

"Function form" is y=mx+b  so get y by itself:

2x+2y = 8
2y = 8-2x
y = 4-x
y= -x+4

6x-3y = 12
-3y = 12-6x
3y = 6x-12
y = 2x-3
