Catholic and non-Anglican protestant were granted the rights to vote by the reforms of 1820.
one would have been given the right to vote provided you were a man and had
a certain level of income. women were not allowed to vote yet by the reforms. Before reform only people who worshiped at
the established Anglican church had the right to vote.
