Deindividuation is a feeling of anonymity that often results in "impulsive, deviant acts".

Deindividuation refers to a phenomenon in which individuals participate in apparently imprudent, degenerate, and here and there rough acts in circumstances in which they trust they can't be actually recognized . Some deindividuated circumstances can lessen responsibility, since individuals who are covered up inside a gathering can't be effortlessly followed or reprimanded for their activities.
