slope intercept inequality is in the form mx+b m standing for slope and b standing for y intercept
m= 4/3
b= -2 line passes (0,-2)

use y2-y1/x2-x1
(3,2)(-3,-6)
-6-2/-3-3
-8/-6
4/3 = slope
Let's set it up
y_ 4/3x-2
now the shaded area is on the LEFT side so this means that THE X has to be less than
The line is dashed which means it is not equal to!!
y >4/3x-2
plug in any (x,y) from the shaded area and see if this inequality is true
(-1,1)
1 >4/3 (-1)-2
1 >-4/3-2
1 >-4/3-6/3
1 >-10/3
