[tex] \frac{x^m}{x^n}=x^{m-n} [/tex]
and
[tex] x^{-m}=\frac{1}{x^m}[/tex]
so
[tex] \frac{6^2}{6^4}=6^{2-4}=6^{-2}= \frac{1}{6^2}=\frac{1}{36}[/tex]
so answer is [tex]6^{-2}[/tex] or in another form,[tex]\frac{1}{36}[/tex]
